Our story.
I founded Umaye because I saw the cost of poor property decisions—emotionally and financially. When my mum sold our family home after divorce, she didn’t have the right support. The wrong advice led to rushed decisions, lost money, and deep exhaustion. That experience shaped my mission: to help others make clear, strategic moves that protect both their future and their peace of mind.
I met Connie back in 2008 when we were both working at McGrath, we bring 30+ years of experience, deep market insight, and calm, considered strategy to every brief. We’ve walked clients through multimillion-dollar upsizes, off-market wins, sensitive estate sales, and fresh starts after loss or separation or just a new chapter.
